Know personally of one who left Jefferies and one that left in my group both started in 2021. Know I might be exaggerating though since it seems like turnover was way higher last year

Have any associates quit?
You see tons of ASOs leave around the 1.5 year mark (post bonus), but given how much they just dropped on B school, I've never seen an associate leave that early unless it's to lateral to a different IB job.
