Currently in the off-cycle analyst process. I know the firm has a good reputation for deals + strong deal flow, but I've been hearing horror stories about their culture -- really toxic seniors, high turnover rate, analysts mental + physical health being compromised, long hours even by IB standards, lack of racial and gender diversity, etc.
Curious if anyone could speak more on this, thanks.
