Any view on BB's QIS Structuring
Guys,
I have just gotten an offer from a BB bank in their QIS structuring desk, which is mainly develop tradable indices using smart beta, alternative risk premia, etc. Seems like this is a new area that just becomes popular for the past 5 years and there are not too much discussions online.
I am wondering if this is a good start point for the career if my ultimate goal is a PM in buy side? What are the exit opps after 2-3 years?
