The 16 hour days are starting to really bother my eyes. Any solutions? I've heard about those blue-light glasses so if any people have suggestions on that or other stuff would definitely be interested

I considered getting blue light glasses last summer but I read that it’s not technically proven to help. Have you tried changing the settings on your monitor and laptop? I know that some let’s you change the tones so that it’s warmer and doesn’t hurt your eyes as much.
Eye drops + lowering the brightness
F.lux has helped me but IDK if it's just placebo
I used blue light glasses and honestly couldn't really tell if it helped or not either
Again an anecdotal answer but try taking a walk and getting up every once in a while.

What are they called?
From what I've seen blue light glasses are only useful later in the day. Using a few hours before you plan on finishing for the day will help get you to sleep, but you really don't want to be blocking blue light during the day as it boosts alertness/ allows you to wake up.
Best thing for eye strain is the 20/20/20 rule, which is for every 20 minutes, look away at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
