Anybody know if NYC firms actually can't test for THC now?
This took effect last year and I was wondering if anybody knew if it actually has an impact? I know that some BB's with federal contracts could be exempt. I'm more interested in EB's, MM's, and boutiques and I think they would have to comply with this. Any knowledge or experience with this so far?
As rampant as drug use is in this field, do you think firms drug testing represents anything beyond a concession to some fun-hating bitch in HR?
