Anybody want to talk Health & Wellness?

All - lot of talk about how life is hard a year into the pandemic and I couldn’t agree more. I think we have all spent our fair share sulking, and I think it would be great to share some wellness habits, and/or tips that have worked for you, and generally anything else you’d recommend.

I’ll leave it as proud as you all would like as I imagine there are plenty of ideas, but topics that especially come to mind are exercise, vitamins, supplements, diets, hair/skincare products, desk modifications that have helped (ie standing desk, new chair, blue light glasses, etc), podcasts, books, and any other insight.

If you want to talk about the whole routine, all ears. If you want to mention 1-2 things that have really helped your mental or physical health, even better.

Looking forward to reading. Apologies for any spelling errors, on mobile.
