Anyone else have a lower intern offer acceptance than normal?
Recently finished my first year as an analyst at a midtier BB in a middle-of-the-pack group. Compared to previous years, so few of our interns accepted their returns -- like, 60%, way less than my intern class. Was this normal, or did my group just scare them off?
