Anyone have insights on SMBC's FT process?
Looking to recruit FT for their DCM or LevFin teams. Would be interested in hearing from anyone that is at the firm and knows how recruiting works or if there are students that have recruited in the past with them in the past.
Is it feasible to approach FT without an internship here (I'm heading to another company & industry this summer).
