Anyone hear back from Incentrum Group for FT?

Anyone here in the process with incentrum group - a newly formed merchant bank in NYC? Had a couple phone interviews, but have yet to hear back.

Also, how is the reputation of this firm? Thoughts on culture and potential exits? Would assume that it may be easier to go into PE given that you'd be doing advisory and principal investing work, but not sure how headhunters would approach analysts relative to traditional IBD.

Hi Prospect in IB-M&A, no, I never sleep and so I can respond to any lonely threads (like this one) at all hours of the night. Impressive, I know ;-)

Did you guys do IB internships? Also got first round but wondering if IB is a must for them given they do advisory work

I’m not OCR. But they did post on my schools handshake... seems like they only hire from HYP and other ivies. Do you guys go to one of those? Also this is for FT 2021 right?
