Based on the most helpful WSO content, there have been layoffs at Barclays across various product and coverage groups, including FIG, HC, Tech, ECM, LevFin, etc. These layoffs have affected all levels, from A1 up to Director. The severance package is reported to be 3 months plus an additional month for each year of employment at Barclays. There were also reports of layoffs at the analyst level in multiple groups. It seems like this has been a topic of concern in the community.
