Anyone heard of this group? Can't figure out if it's capital markets or investment banking?

GBM - M&A Capital Markets

Anyone know anything about this group? Falls under the investment banking wing but hard to tell if it's more of a capital markets side role or a group within M&A...

Maybe I'm dumb not sure what GBM is but with that said it could be 2 things that it could be

1) M&A Capital Markets - Basically means you work and do both M&A like sell-side deals and Capital Market type transactions like equity and debt raising (Seen banks do this)

2) M&A Capital Markets - Does capital markets work exclusively for M&A deals (not as sure abt this)
