Anyone here wake up really cranky or groggy? Any advice?

On weekdays I’m always groggy before work, but have noticed that even on weekends I still often wake up cranky or groggy.Unsure if it’s because I’m tired from the weekday grind or if it’s something else and take a while to get out of bed (20-30 mins). Typically sleep around 7 hours on weekdays and 9-10 hours on weekends.Anyone else experience this or have any advice?

It depends, what are you like once you start your day? Are you still a groggy and cranky person or are you normal?
