Anyone know of any Sponsors groups hiring laterals (~VP level)? Do HHs cover these openings or how are these filled?
Potentially looking to make a move from PE BD (banker coverage at the ~Sr. ASO / VP level) to Sponsors coverage at a bank. I know there's been a ton of movement in the space lately since I've seen many of my contacts change firms in the last year. Any advice/thoughts? Would be looking for a role that's remote/hybrid.
