Anyone know what Associate/VP pay is like at one of the newer boutiques (M. Klein, Incentrum, Foros, DBO, Dyal, etc)? Seems like their analyst pay is on-par or above EBs at the analyst level. Does this continue as you move your way up? Does it become any more or less lucrative?
Coming in to one of those firms as an analyst. Def curious as well!

Fees per banker at boutiques like DBO, Klein, etc. are pretty insane, so I imagine they're well compensated. Also curious to know ballpark figure though.
