Hey everyone,
I applied to a job at Goldman Sachs and the next day it said "currently no longer under consideration". Does this mean I could be considered at a later time since a lot companies are putting new hires on hold due to the whole Corona situation?

who cares. You were not selected and should not think about the hypothetical chance of getting an interview later on by analyzing a one liner.
