Applying for job -- school gives GPA out in three digits, online form only allows 2 digits

I'm applying for positions and the online form only allows GPAs to two digits. My overall GPA is 3.689/4.000 -- would I raise red flags if I put 3.69 or should I put 3.68? Thanks.

Nope. If you get far enough where they ask for a transcript, you can include that detail in the email. I was actually told my friend at UBS to round up to one decimal. I didn't have any questions or problems, but it's good to be proactive about it in case you have someone who is anal about that type of thing.

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

Put 3.700

The difference between successful people and others is largely a habit - a controlled habit of doing every task better, faster and more efficiently.

I don't like the idea of always rounding to 1 digit. In OP's case, a 3.7 GPA can be anything between a 3.650 and 3.749. Why dumb yourself down if you can put a 3.749?

In OP's case obviously it would help him, since he's rounding up. But blindly rounding to one digit is counter productive to me. I personally just list my GPA as it appears on my transcript. No rounding whatsoever.
