Ardea Partners - Actual Compensation in London (analyst)
Hi WSO,
Ive been looking over all the posts regarding Ardea Partners but can't get to a final compensation number for an analyst in London.
I understand that the P&L is shared across all employees, analysts included.
I've seen 75k£ base, but also heard 95k£ base and other people talking about 200k total comp. Anyways, it seems that they pay above the street on average.
What would be a realistic package in their London office for an1, an2, an3 etc. (base + bonus)

Saw they do global pay scale so should be similar to NYC office, i.e $130k USD base salary for An1
Oh okay! makes sense. So that would make c. £95k base + bonus. You should finish around atleast c. £150k => $200k.
Or even more if you get a 100% bonus 95+95 => $250k. The comp is indeed pretty crazy!

190k in £ give 250k USD$
no shop in ldn is paying £95k base lol. Highest across BBs and EBs is £85k base (1st hand info.)
