Are these two MM IB real?

Can anyone please check for me if these two MM IB are real? I was offered with unpaid internship, but have some doubts.

  1. Benjamin & Jerold Brokerage, http://www. benjaminjerold. com/. Member of FINRA, but With NO team members or deal post on website.

  2. New York Bay Capital, http://www. newyorkbaycapital. com/ Non-FINRA member, Says on its website "All securities transactions in the United States are completed through Young America Capital, a member of FINRA and SIPC." With past transactions and team memberl post on its website, but most of them are non-US education background.

Wow, NY Bay Capital's website looks like it's out of the 90s. And, according to their transactions page, one of their current transactions is a glass of what looks like a rum and coke lol

But, as an FYI, not being a member of FINRA is not a red flag. Many smaller firms outsource FINRA compliance due to cost, which is why many smaller firms will have security transaction disclaimers like what NY Bay Capital has.

Another one of the current transactions is a bunch of bananas. I can only assume both sides of that deal are on WSO.

As far as I can see the reason NYBC has no firna affiliation is that they serve foreign clients in foreign jurisdictions; if you are interested in international business and deals then that might be the place for you. Certainly its partners seem very diverse! Otherwie give Young America capital a call!
