Allen & Co. Is probably the best of those 3 listed. Front row seat at every big tech/media deal. They typically do not do much underwriting but look at the Open Table (OPEN) deal. It is very interesting.

allen is very good at internet / digital media deals, competed with them on a couple deals, lost some and won some. very good group of guys.

I think ghl is having a superday soon based on what my buddy told me. Moelis is hiring still i believe ( not too sure about this one). Centerview is hiring still, closing soon though. Other firms I am not too sure
