Are you interviewing with other banks?

At what point in interviewing with one bank's group (1st round, 2nd round, Superday, etc) do you start to tell different banks that you're in the process for other groups? An associate at one group asked for me to keep them updated on my overall process and I just received a first round at another bank.

I feel like it's a double edged sword. If I get the offer from a different firm, that will make my candidacy a lot more attractive. On the other hand, if the banker knows I got a super day with a different bank but I don't get an offer, I feel like that would make me less attractive. I think it's 100% good to tell the firm that you have other interviews during the interview though. Any banker please correct me if I'm wrong.
