For the IB analysts who have left their firm, whats your relationship like with the directors you left?
I’ve heard stories of analysts leaving and their new PE firm being blacklisted by their old IB or directors cussing them out when they leave. Is that normal? I know the analysts/ associates can stay in touch, but what about the more senior employees you worked with?
