Yes, I have searched around on WSO and I can't seem to find a concise answer to this. Before asking for a resume push, are you supposed to submit your stuff on the bank's online application portal first? Or can you just completely not apply online, and have a resume pusher send your stuff to HR as an "informal application" route? Thanks.
