Network with the vets. Plenty of them at great shops and will be super helpful with advice/getting you interviews.

I went to West Point / was in the Army for 5 years so I'll offer up my two cents. You're definitely on an unconventional timeline given you don't have a summer internship under your belt and you're gunning for a full-time role. Most of the well known shops recruit for the summer internship over a year out, so you're way behind the curve even if you elected to go that route, not to mention the summer internship is typically a year out from the actual full-time start date.

Getting hired directly as a full-time analyst without an internship isn't really possible at a BB or EB, but it's definitely doable at a lesser known middle market shop if you bust your ass with Wall Street Prep / online training and network hard.

Your best bet though is probably doing one of the veteran rotational programs, last I heard Bank of America and UBS offered these. From what I gather it's like a 6-month program where you rotate through a few different groups at the firm, i.e. sales & trading, IB, etc. As long as you do a good job it translates to a full-time role within one of the groups. I'd look for vets who have done this on LinkedIn and go from there. Best of luck!

...P.S. Army Football to the natty!!!
