Are they running a process?
LMM team of Roths so decent deal flow leveraging the brand name. Tough culture and below market pay with seemling limited exits to L/MM PE.
LMM Volume Shop, will get flow but pretty crap deals.
Lack of real understanding of the sponsor community and face completion with regional Roths for the MM Sponsor mandates alongside stiff competition from HL, RJ, Alantra.
Base pay weak, but bonuses v strong.
How is lateraling? Do people lateral over into Roths?
Based on that I’m assuming that lateraling into LMM PE (as mentioned above) is tough
Based on LinkedIn seem to have exits than Big4?
What about exits to Roths internally? Or lateraling?
