Asset Write Up/Down in Acquisiton
If you have an asset write up (for the target) in an acquisition, I know you had a DTL that arises, but would you also include this write up as a source of income on the IS of the acquirer. On the flip side if you have an asset write down and a DTA is created, does the acquirer then include the asset write down as an operating expense on the IS?
