For those with firms that promote analyst 2's to associate 0, how does it work in terms of timing going forward? Is it Promotion in July to Associate 0, promotion to Associate 1 next summer but then how do they get you in line for January cycle with the other associates? Is it just associate 0 from July to December then get a stub and promotion to associate 1 after 6 months of being 0?Asking because I'm up for Associate 0 promotion upcoming summer and also have an offer to lateral elsewhere and want to make sure I understand it all before making a decision.
