Associate Director or Vice President
Hi,
I work at a Canadian IB and my next promotion is at the AD/VP level. While it generally doesn’t matter (at least in my relatively junior opinion), does it make a difference in your career having one over the other as your title?
All advice is appreciated - thanks in advance
Vice president obviously
No difference. Director is higher than VP in the US promotion system, but Associate Director /=/ Director.
I would personally go with VP as it's a more common title, AD might have some confusion around what it actually is, but again it doesn't matter
