I know they recruit direct out of undergrad but wondering what it's like after 2 yr banking. Would also appreciate general updated info about the firm like culture, comp, hours, etc.

Have heard anecdotally it's an absolute grindhouse (worse than banking) but associates get a great experience and go on to do lots of cool things
Still? Wow. Heard that was in the 2010s, would have thought it improved

As of a couple years ago, heard it was still pretty grindy, but you definitely learn a lot as a result. No idea on comp but haven't heard they're top of the heap so safe to assume they're average (unlikely to be below)
