Aus IBD Exit Ops
What're common exit ops from IB in Aus? I've heard being a career banker is much more common here (compared to US) and the standard 2 years analyst then jump to PE / HF / VC isn't nearly as typical.
Anyone made a move before or thinking about making one? If so, where?

It's not uncommon for people to jump over to PE after already having A2A promoted at their respective bank.
