I'm confused, you haven't actually mentioned anything this person has done to you. I'm not sure how we're supposed to perceive this ditzy blonde as a threat.
How do you know the blonde is trying to fuck you over, and these aren't just inventions of your mind? If you are perceiving non-existent threats, this will reflect poorly in your attitude, and then you actually will get pushed out because people won't like you. I'm the same way btw, I know how hard this is to deal with.
Just do a good job at work, and be relatively pleasant with everyone. If you can't stand the blonde, then just avoid her. If you're like me, this is going to be really hard to do because I absolutely hate when people conspire against or think less of me, but it's the right thing to do.
