Autoimmune Disease, Upwards GPA Trend

I go to a target school where I performed poorly in the first 1.5 years due to a medical condition (well known autoimmune disease). I was diagnosed after my third semester and have been receiving treatment since then that has made a huge difference in my quality of life and has taken the constant fatigue and body pain I used to feel down to nearly 0. In those first 3 semesters, I had a really bad GPA (a little under 3.0), but since then, I'm in my junior spring and have straight 4.0s all sems including this one prospectively. Due to that bad start my cumulative is still only around a 3.3-3.4 though. Is it possible to recruit for IB and MBB / T2 Consulting considering this situation, or should I not even bother considering I have an F and 2 Cs on my transcript from first year (as well as an ass GPA overall)?
