Baird Assessment Center - Expectations/Experiences
Hi, my fellow Monkeys!
I have recently been invited to attend an assessment centre for an internship at Baird in London early next week. Because this will be my first assessment center in general, I would greatly if you could share your experiences with Baird's AC or, more generally, with AC in London (or in Europe)!
I am particularly worried about the group case study which we will have to complete, and I can't imagine what to expect (I couldn't find anything even on our interview database). What are some of the case studies you may have seen before and what are some of the tips and tricks you would recommend?

Hi, never interviewed with Baird, but case studies are usually chill. Just brush up on your commerical awareness and IB technicals.
Agreed, group case studies usually test your 'lateral' thinking and group working skills rather than anything explicitly technical. Know some basic stuff like GDP growth rate, price of oil, and other sector specific metrics and generally don't be an asshole
