Baird Associate Total Comp
Any inputs on the total associate comp at Baird, Chicago? Are all associates at $200k or do they have a structure similar to BB/EBs - 175 through 225k? What about average bonus range for mid and top buckets for junior and senior associates? Also how does the yearly equity buy in work? Any other benefits? TIA!

200k across all years. NPV is higher than street.
Bonus can range. If they like you, you'll get paid well. If they don't, get prepared to not get paid well.
Well performing ASO2s and 3s this year got 200+, so 400+ TC. Others got peanuts.
