Baird IBD Interview... how to prepare for a video interview?
They are using "Montage View" to conduct video interview where I am given a set of questions and recorded. What kind of questions can I expect for an Associate role?

Ha! I meant the back drop of where you will be in front of the camera, but fair enough...
For the analyst interviews, I think it's ~3 questions that you can re-do if you don't like your answers. It was fit kind of stuff.
I just did that same thing for Baird this past Sunday. It was definitely a weird experience. At least they let you re-recored until you are satisfied with your submission.
What kind of questions did you get?
Anyone else? This might be my only shot at IB so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had:
-Why Baird? -Why IB?
and then two other fit questions. Nothing complicated.
EDIT: I got a few days to complete it, so you really do have enough time to get the "right" answers.
Didn't do this for Baird but I did have a similar thing with another firm. This is a small thing but make a conscious effort to look at the camera itself and not your screen, or else it might seem a bit off.
