I know there is no definitive way of knowing you will get placed into a healthcare group at either of these firms through placement.
Wondering though, e.g. if you are an incoming intern/analyst/associate and 100% know you want to do Healthcare would you recommend picking one of these firms over the other? Or are they all pretty equal in regard to performance in the Healthcare space?

I know HC is a top group at Barclays. I also heard that BofA HC is strong, but not sure about culture.
