Bank Books, Courses for IB skils. Not to get a job,actual skills.
As mentioned was books or courses, beyond just this site are best for skills in modeling and other relevant IB and PE skills. Basically whau you ecommend to someone who has to brush up to do lots of IB works and hasnt done any for a while, thank you?

Thank you. I did some general inquires. I figured asking people who work in the sector here would be better.
IMHO books will not give you the skills. Yes, I learnt how to do a DCF by the book before my interviews, but it was not before i had to do an actual DCF for a conversation my MD was to have that I did really learn how to do one.
Best book for me: Investment banking by Rosenbaum and Pearl. Best Course: Wall Street Prep - was the only one I did. I think, apart from the technicals, the best skill you can have in this job is to be i) proactive, ii) enjoyed by any deal/pitch you are staffed in and iii) always try to stay one step ahead of what you are going to be asked
