Searched and haven't seen a thread specifically on this program. Anyone know how this program compares to the GS version? From LinkedIn, most of the people who go through it already had advanced degrees and start at the associate level.

The GS program appears to be for one week only in the US while the BofA program is a 12 week rotational program. I have submitted my application to BofA but haven't heard anything yet, have you applied as well?
