Was looking into this bank and wanted more info? Anyone know what comp / culture is like and if it is a reputable MM? Looks like a lot of deals are in telecom space

Dealflow is very strong; they dominate the MM telecom space. Mostly middle market fiber and data center deals with occasional larger transactions few times each year. Heard that culture is good, and comp is above market.
Any idea on hours? I heard most of the juniors live in NYC and commute into CT; is it overwhelming?
