Bankers who love banking

“”

Ever since I’ve read this story about a super passionate intern I have been scouring wso for more. Do you guys have any similar stories  about people who you’ve worked with that clearly had a love for the game?

Met a guy in uni that just had a burning passion for finance / banking. There was just something different about this guy - you could feel the energy behind his interest. One smart mf’er that went from a top bank to HF very quickly. (From a non-target, too)

To answer your question if I have stories about anyone who was truly passionate about these things: No.

Those people seem to be exceedingly rare, not unlike those freaks who are actually into tax law.
