Banks with best DEI Beckie Treatment
Which bank is best suited for DEI Beckies? I'm talking hot sorority girls while a small group of awkward hardos sweat away in their little corner doing all the work and complain in silence on WSO. I can probably wedge myself a nice little mid-bucket seat and just kinda coast living large for 2 years. This sounds awesome!

UBS baiscally had no women across at all levels and women are amongst the first to get laid off. Anti DEI if anything. UBS has a lot of H1B's in certain groups (M&T, M&A, FIG) because they cannot recruit any Americans, but those are usually men who are the ultimate bootlickers. The Americans at UBS are either people who beleived the lies, had no other offers, or just people who don't care because they are leaving once their analyst stint ends anyways.
Lot of sexism and women being treated extremely poorly at UBS.
Horseshit as usual from feminists who know they can’t match performance thresholds men are subjected to. Eternal victims who work less, get paid more, and benefit from quotas across the board.
In my group at UBS, females definitely could skate by with lower staffing levels and less deals and get the same performance rating for less work. But overall women treated not well.
Wells Fargo
TD, RBC
Goldman. I don't know how it is now since they are rolling back DEI, but while I was there from 2022-2024, the women in the group worked less than the men at least a the junior level. It's not as if they didn't work a lot, it was just 70 hour weeks on average vs. 80-85. There were some women (mostly seniors) though at the firm, who were also amongst hardest working. The other big perk of that is that it's Goldman, so you can coast and end up somewhere else easy after 2 years!
TD and Scotia pay and promote women for existing

Anything Canadian
100% it’s not even one particular bank. Performative MDs and DEI Beckies rule Canadian banks.
Jef if u want to get touched
SocGen will make you and MD literally for existing if you’re a woman.
Canadian banks esp. TD
TD. No doubts
As a Canadian, I'm not suprised at all that the big 5 are the biggest DEIers.
At least a couple of senior MD at TD have grooming tendencies
Scotiabank far and wide. Just look at their previous experiences all terrible and majority low-mid women
Agreed getting promoted in 4.5 years from Analyst to VP while legitimately having expertise no better than Junior Associates. MD being eager to promote for their self-serving agendas. Being a woman at Scotia and TD is living life on easy mode. If you flirt with key MD or act as his work wife, top buckets are almost always guaranteed
are you going to be part of the small group of awkward hardos sweating away in their little corner doing all the work and complaining in silence on WSO Gold-ManSacks? you wouldn't know what to do with a woman you little dork!!!!
At one of the Big 5, a senior MD follows female analyst on instagram and likes her bikini photos from vacation
Big 5?
