Scotia and TD appear to be the leading charities for DEI Beckies in Canada   

“TD reached its target of 40.3% of women in roles titled VP and above. Women now make up 44% of our Board of Directors”

All these forced gender targets when women comprise 20% of applicant pool. Young men are being robbed and men at the top are enabling this theft.
