Banks with profit sharing

Just wondering which banks do. Obviously none at the analyst level; I have heard that Qatalyst, Baird, and Blair do.

Anyone know how substantial it is at Baird/Blair, and is it a part of normal comp or is there a buy in?

There are two elements of profit share at Baird.

The first element is direct contributions to your 401(k) based on firm performance - this varies by level / years of experience with the firm. It's nothing crazy, but it is a warmly welcomed addition to the retirement account each year - think a few thousand for analysts and progresses up with level.

The second element is Baird stock dividend. Baird is a private / employee-owned company, and once you've been at the company for 3 years, you have the opportunity to buy in. Performance of the stock has been exceptional and there is typically an attractive dividend. It's a very powerful long-term wealth creation tool.
