Barclays Bonuses
Incoming analyst at Barclays. Can anyone tell me how Barclays does bonuses? Do you get a stub halfway through your first year, or a full bonus after the end of the first year?

Thanks! Do you knoe if stub mean paid end of calendar year, and then next will be end of following calendar year?
At least as of 2017 (friend worked there), 1st year analysts were paid a stub in December, and then the full-year bonus in the following December (1.5 years in).
Obviously brings into the question of potentially foresaking bonus if you quit in the June / July cycle, but maybe some current / ex-employees can clear that up.
It used to be that way but then it got flipped about a year or two ago. The program is still 2.5 years but now you get a full bonus at the end of your first year and a stub at the end for the remaining 0.5 years
So two full bonuses at the end of first and second year?
Yep, Year 1: Full, Year 2: Full, Year 2.5: Performance Based Stub
Yep, Year 1: Full, Year 2: Full, Year 2.5: Performance Based Stub
So a starting analyst in July would get their bonus the following July?
