Thanks! Do you knoe if stub mean paid end of calendar year, and then next will be end of following calendar year?

 

At least as of 2017 (friend worked there), 1st year analysts were paid a stub in December, and then the full-year bonus in the following December (1.5 years in).

Obviously brings into the question of potentially foresaking bonus if you quit in the June / July cycle, but maybe some current / ex-employees can clear that up.
