Barclay's First Year Salary?
I have been seeing many conflicting articles and forums speculating what Barclay's first-year analyst base and all-in comp is, can anyone confirm what those figures are?
$110 salary, idk bonuses for first years since they haven’t happened yet but apparently last year median was $55k and lots of people left

A1 $110 base.
Think bonus is mid for BBs - heard one group was $60-$80 last year. Groups will vary slightly by deal flow.
Also the head of IB said that they want to pay more competitively and reward top performers, but I think the bonuses will be about the same.
A1 $110 base, $5 or 10k signing (not sure, it’s one of those).
Bonus was tough last year but they’ve spoken about paying competitively in future. I’d assume all in A1 comp to be around $175k on average from here on out, with some making more and bottom bucket analysts making a bit less.
