Just a heads up, had an offer from an EB(think MOE/Laz/PWP), and HR was unable to accelerate my process despite MD trying on my behalf.
Why would you try to accelerate Barclays if you had an offer from one of those lmao
1) exit ops basically the same from most groups
2) culture/wlb is miles ahead at barcap
3) in house m&a plus capital markets makes for a well rounded experience
ultimately signed with the EB though, still very happy where I ended up

According to my school team:
-Resumes reviewed mid-August by school teams
-2 phone screens end Aug, 1 with analyst 1 with associate from school team, asking basic behaviorals and technicals
-Superdays Sept/Oct with candidates from other schools
-Most likely that everything is virtual
With all due respect, Kelley is not in the same tier as UMich and UVA.
