Barings taking sophomore summer analysts now??
I applied for the 2025 SA role at Barings and unfortunately didn't receive the offer but have since landed elsewhere. I was surprised to hear from a friend in one of the credit groups (won't name the exact group) that they have a sophomore SA. Is Barings pushing cycles even earlier? Heard the guy was at a target (W/H) so maybe that's who the group is targeting...upon looking at his linkedin he might be hiding his grad year though?
