Wondering if anybody has any insight into top BB asset management programs (GSAM, MSIM, JPMAM)? What are the exit opps? What are the culture and hours like? How do you go about getting into one of these programs - do you need a quant background? Trying to learn about some nontraditional roles out of college and haven't heard much about these programs on this site.
