BB Capital Markets Exits
Any thoughts on exit opps from bulge bracket capital markets?
Joined from non-IB background, and am up for associate promote this year
The role is fine, but don’t feel like I am learning as much about the actual companies and gaining technical skills (eg modeling)
Appreciate responses on
- Possible exits (Corp Dev? VC?)
- Exit timing / # months needed so resume does not look spotty (12 months?)
- Pros / cons of leaving early as Analyst vs. staying until Assoc. (Better exits?)
