I also want to recognize the overall WSO Academy experience. Need way more specifics. What does "small deal flow" mean? Small deals or few deals? What type of AUM? How many funds have they raised? # of employees? How many junior employees vs. seniors? Is the comp competitive? Will you be sourcing, doing execution, or both? Any geographic preferences?
Assuming the long term goal is PE, I would imagine that PE would be a good place to start, especially since DCM isn't really geared to feed into PE.
