Updated BB FT first year Analyst comps London

Does anyone have updated figures for GS/MS/JPM first year salaries in London? There is alot of conflicting information, if you work at these insitutions kindly comment the true values- most interested in MS as people are saying it is the lowest (Apparently still £50k). Cheers :)

Are you asking about base salary or all in comp? 50k has never been the all in comp for anyone working in IBD lol.

MS base is 70k alongside GS and JPM. Most other shops are somewhere between 60k-70k. If you're in IBD you'll probs end up around 100k-125k all in depending on bucketing and what firm you work at. Could be higher at some boutiques. Haven't heard of anywhere paying higher than 70k base for undergrads other than some buyside shops which have raised to 100k base and quant places going even further.

yes, but depends where you work. If you're a trader at a top prop shop you're probably somewhere in the region of 225k as a first year. If you're doing a buyside gig or high paying boutique grad scheme out of undergrad you could be around 130k-170k as a first year. 120k is probably the upper-upper region of mainstream IBD.
